Namret (Pty) Ltd – Terms of Service

1. Using Our Service

• By signing up for Namret’s wireless internet, you agree to follow these Terms of Service.
• We provide internet access within our coverage area, but speeds and availability may vary depending on location, weather, and equipment.
• We’ll do our best to keep the service running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted.

2. Your Responsibilities

• Pay your monthly fees on time.
• Use the service for personal or business needs only—don’t resell or share it outside your premises without our permission.
• Keep your equipment (like routers or antennas) in good condition. If we provide equipment, it must be returned if your service ends.
• Don’t use the service for illegal activities (such as hacking, spamming, or sharing unlawful content).

3. Payments

• Service fees are billed monthly and are post-paid.
• The service fees are subject to change with prior notice to clients.
• Late payments may lead to suspension or cancellation of your account.
• Namret will only increase subscription costs where necessary (for example if an underlying service provider increase their costs etc).
• Installation or equipment costs may apply and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

4. Privacy

• We respect your privacy and handle your personal information according to South African law (including POPIA).
• While we take steps to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for securing your own devices.

5. Our Liability

• We are not responsible for losses caused by service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access.
• If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the month in which the issue occurred.

6. Ending the Service

• You can cancel your service with 30 days’ written notice.
• We may cancel immediately if you don’t pay, misuse the service, or break these Terms.

7. Disputes

• If there’s a disagreement, we’ll try to resolve it through discussion first.
• If that doesn’t work, disputes may go to mediation or arbitration under South African law.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

10. Agreement

• By using Namret’s internet service, you confirm that you’ve read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
